Nature Morning Mindfulness @ Marsh Creek State Park

FreeJoin Tara for a gentle morning at the lake being nurtured by nature with light stretching, movement, breathing exercises and time appreciating the earth for all she does for us. Many studies show simply being out daily in nature for 20-minutes or more brings benefits to our mental, physical and emotional states, so start your day off right, wake up the body, and come get your dose of Vitamin-N (nature)! What to bring? Wear shoes for slow trail walking, dress for the weather (will be canceled for rain), and a water bottle.
